Quantification and Analysis of Flower Shape Variations

Abstract:

In this study, a tomography scanner coupled with image processing techniques were used to analyze and reconstruct 3D models of flowers. Subsequently, a machine learning model was used to quantify the shape variation of the flowers and analyze the correlation between the traits and their biological characteristics.
